   I wonder if the state is waiting for sable to actually restart, then the state can hit sable for double contempt of court – not only violating the federal consent decree but violating state Judge Geck’s preliminary injunction requiring sable to give the court 10 days advance notice period to restarting production?

   Plus there’s the lack of a State Parks permit. Plus any restart would be bound by the CCC’s CDO banning any repairs – I imagine that a PHMSA green light for a pipeline that cannot be repaired would be vulnerable to legal challenge?
